Chroma ATE, founded in 1984, is a world leading supplier of precision Test and Measurement Instrumentation, Automated Test Systems, Manufacturing Execution Systems and Turnkey Test and Automation Solutions marketed globally under the brand name "Chroma".
Significant markets Chroma solutions served include new energy vehicle, green battery, LED, photovoltaic, semiconductor/IC, Laser diode, flat panel display, video and color, optical device, power electronics, passive component, electrical safety, and thermoelectric test, as well as automated optical inspection and Intelligent Manufacturing Systems for ICT, clean technology, and smart factory.
About ADIVIC
Adivic is the major wireless communication test and measurement company in Taiwan. Having developed and marketed a range of RF recorders, LTE/Wi-Fi/BT factory testers and IC ATE testers, Adivic in the last decade has built up its brand name with its superior ability to deliver high linearity and resolution instruments, and gained recognition among major OEM companies. Adivic is a leading supplier of automation equipment used to test semiconductors and wireless products, used by global manufacturers in Asia, Europe, Japan and USA to verify and improve their quality and manufacturing efficiency.
